Big Thanks in advance for any info

Fewer people travel to Lhasa in that season. Ticket should not be tight then. However, pre-book is always a good idea when possible.
November is during the low season so it should not be too difficult to get train tickets to go to Lhasa.
Keep in mind that in order to travel to Lhasa or the Tibet Autonomous Region, all foreign travelers must be part of a tour that includes travel permits, a tour guide and if you plan on traveling outside of Lhasa, you also need to have a private vehicle and a driver. Whichever travel agency you use should also get the train tickets for you. Nearly every travel agency can arrange your tour to Tibet before you arrive in Beijing. If you choose to arrange it once you arrive in China, it will take at least 3 to 5 days to arrange your permits before you can travel to Lhasa.
