hello Is there someone who travelled with a permit from the far east Hostel in Beijing from chengdu to Tibet!!! because here in Chengdu there are saying to me that I will have some problems having only a copy of the permit without the group list!!!

How are you intending going to Tibet because as far as I know, you can travel into Lhasa by air without having to join a group.

Now the new rule in Chengdu is you should hold the fax of permit,can not just be copy.
