An additional train will start from Xining from Aug 1 till Oct 28, so to buy the Ticket would be easy.
Recently a ticket of Tibet train from Xining is much expensive than air ticket, so after the additional train started the situation would be better.

Hi, how much is a train from Xining to Lhasa? I am looking at dates towards late August.

Also, is this a daily train? And what time does the train depart Xining train station.

I'm assuming you are a travel agency. Are you based in Xining? If so, do you offer a service of buying train tickets.
