Just for anyone travelling within China and Tibet, there are some seriously discounted flights at Ticket.9588.com. Really good prices. And if anyone out there is planning to be in Lhasa around the 20th October, im travelling alone and would love the company, the more the merrier. No definite plans, but would love to hire a landcruiser and head down towards Everest Base Camp. Cheers

We are a Hungarian couple (27 and 28), and will arrive to Lhasa on the 18th October, and planning to start our 5-day trip to EBC on the 20th.
