Hi! What is the best (fastest) way to get to Da-an District in Taipei (heading to Dandy Hotel) from Taoyuan Airport? The hotel is situated across the Da-an Park and from what I've read there's an MRT station 15 minutes away from the hotel.

Take one of the airport buses that goes to Zhongxiao Xinsheng MRT Station or to the Howard Plaza Hotel. They are probably the nearest places with airport bus stops to where you are going. I am not sure which bus company does that route, possibly Airbus? Anyway if you tell the people at the counter at the airport they will point you to the right bus company.
It's probably best to take a taxi for the final distance especially if you have heavy bags. It should only cost around NT$100 for this. It will be helpful if you have the name and/or address of your hotel written in Chinese characters.
Airbus? Do you mean Ubus?
The problem with Ubus is that many of their routes go through Taoyuan City, making the trip to Taipei almost twice as long. I'm lazy and have money to burn so I just take the Guoguang (fastest one I've found) to Taipei Main and catch a taxi...
...and I live on the same MRT line as Taipei Main! Like I said...lazy. At least when I have big bags to handle I am.
