Sleeping on the west side of the island

Hello there,

I’m having so trouble finding so hostel that are rather good on the east side of the island(cities: Tainan,Lugang,Sinying, Ali Shan) Does anybody know a couple of backpackers hostels in those cities? Preferably with internet addresses.
