If anyone needs a CHEAP and basic place to stay that has Internet while you get on your feet in Taipei City, Taiwan.

Check this place out. Cheaper than most hostels I know ( I stayed here for three months and wasn't bad at all. )

Come by whenever you like. Short term & Long Term rentals welcomed!

6500 NTD a month = EVERYTHING INCLUDED! All you can use Internet(ADSL & Wifi), water, electric, and cable!
Freshly painted & quiet building.
Between Guting MRT and NTU (Shida next street over). Down the street you have Club Wax, Roxy 99, McDonald's etc.
Next street over you have Shida night market, Burger King, NTU, etc. Place is at 112 Jing Jiang Street. If you move out, you don't have to worry about finding another tennant like most Taiwanese landlords. Very easy landlord to deal with.

How do you get here?

Get off at Taipower Building MRT exit number 4. As you reach the top of the steps outside exit 4.
Turn right around and walk down the same side of the street. Past a 7-11 on your left and soon you will come to a fancy wooden building on your left with a little waterfall. This is the Taiwan academy of Banking and Finance. TAKE THIS LEFT after this building down a small street and at the end TAKE YOUR RIGHT. Your on Jing Jiang street now. Walk street a little. You will pass a alley on your left (this is where the parking is) and soon you will see a steel gateway THAT HAS NO DOOR. This is the place. (112 Jing Jiang Street 4th Floor) Climb the stairs until you reach the very top door. The fancy wooden door that Says "House of Dublin" and you are there. Door Bell is on your right. Call a head of time to come see it.

Hi,

Is there a website for this rental? I plan on staying in Taipei during the summer - 3 months and am looking for a cheap rental, and this seems to fit my needs perfectly. Does the owner provide a website to view some pictures of the apartment available, or is the only way to contact him via phone?

If you can provide me more information, i would appreciate it. Thanks!
