In the second week of November we (2 persons) like fly fromTaipe to the Penghu Islands. Where can we buy tickets? So far not outside Taiwan. But where is the best place buying tickets in Taipe: On the National airport? Somewhere in the city? Who can help us? Thank you.

Any travel agent in Taipei can sell you a ticket or you can buy a ticket at the airport (flights to Penghu are from Songshan Airport in Taipei City). Check the classifieds of the Taipei Times or China Post if you want the number of an English speaking travel agent.
As long as you don't want to fly out of Taipei on Friday afternoon or Saturday morning you should have no problem getting a ticket. Also as the weather is not that great in November there probably won't be much problem getting tickets.
