I'm looking to go to Seoul during December, can anyone describe what the weather conditions will be like then?

Cold cold cold, and either snowy or clear and sunny. It almost certainly won't rain though. Bring WARM clothes.

I was in Seoul in January and it was -10. It didn't feel too bad though as there was almost no wind. The pavements were icy and treacherous and it was foggy which made the DMZ less interesting than it might have been.
