Visa card

Almost everywhere I have gone will take Visa, if you are only going to small street market shops is may be different but those dont take credit cards in many places.

Generally, most larger places will take cards - but if you want to buy things from Namdaemun or other markets (like Dongdaemun or Yongsan) you'll need to go with cash. Either vendors don't have machines, or the price gets stepped up if you pay with card as then they can't just pocket the cash to avoid paying income tax.

my problem is:convert the won vs us$,since won hv a long figure...

so, if everywhere can use card is easier...
