I'm going to Seoul next week for about 8 days.

I have about a 110 dollar / day budget for food and transportation. My g/f loves seafood. I enjoy seafood but I'm much more of meat person.

Do you have any recommendations for places to eat? It doesn't have to be strictly Korean although my favorite dish is Mul Naeng Myun. Our anniversary will coincide with this trip so I'd like to take her out special to a romantic restaurant.

Thank you in advance.

You won't have any problems in finding good restaurants that serve sea food or meat or both. Eating out is quite affordable so you shouldn't worry with your budget, although it may depend on how much you spend on travel.

The Seoul Food Tour with Haechi is an online primer to eating in Seoul. It's an excellent resource.

They have serious naeng myun at the tiny spot just outside the western gate of Gyeongbukgung. Though... naeng myun is closely associated with summer. No chairs, only floor seating. No menu either, they only make a few of things. It is called Maemil Ggotpilmuryeop.
