Anybody has experience with applying for a Kazakh and Uzbekh visa in Seoul without being Korean or permanent resident of Korea? Would really help me! Thanks!

I can't recall any reports plus or minus but you might want to ask on the Central Asia branch which includes these two countries.

Generally speaking, I don't think either is difficult to obtain outside the country of your passport.
