We've been trying to find how to translate the Jinchon ferry company's website to english but it seems it only has it's korean and chinese version on the webpage. How about people interested with their services who cannot understand their language? we cant even find their email address so we can personally ask them. NO LUCK AT ALL. Does anyone know what their email? or the button to click to view their english format version of the website?

its starting to get hopeless. Our Korea-China Trip is getting closer and closer

thank you guys

It would help if you provided a link to the web page.

What about Weidong?

the website is http://www.jinchon.cn/ and the email address is passenger@jinchon.cn, though I'm not sure if you'll have any luck with someone responding in English. I've been trying to find out about the ferry for awhile, but it doesn't seem like anyone has taken it before. Yesterday I booked my tickets for an upcoming vacation and look forward to it, I'll be able to share more in the future.

In Beijing, you can book the tickets at the Travel Building (旅游大厦) located just north of the Gloria Plaza Hotel at 28 Jianguomen Wai and the people there seem to speak a bit of English, though I believe there are many other places around Beijing where you can book.

It seems you're leaving from Korea? In that case, the above is completely useless. The Korean website is the same as the above with the extension .kr instead of .cn, so perhaps the email address is the same and they might be more helpful.

Jinchon Ferry doesn't have an English website (if it did, there would be a little "English" button in the top right next to the "China" one). And to be honest, there's no reason why they should - I doubt enough English speakers use the service to make it worth their while.

You could try using Google Translate or a similar service to translate the Site Map page, which may direct you to the page you need. Alternatively, their phone number is listed as 032-777-8260 so you could give them a call to find out whatever it is you need to know.

Hope you find this useful. (This is my own website, not someone else's.)

I haven't updated Weidong part of the page yet, but Jinchon part is certainly up to date.

If you still have no luck by then, you might consider flying. It cost $249 (total) to fly from Seoul to Beijing (China Southern Airline).
