Going to South Korea in a few days but can't find an easy/cheap way to rent a car online. Anyone knows any travel agencies in Seoul that can book car for Jeju-Do at a discount rate? Will I get rip off if I just walk up to a car rental counter at the Jeju airport without reservation?

Also, any recommandations on Minbak on Jeju-do?

Thanks!

This is second hand information, but I've read it's possible to rent a car through some of the expensive hotels in Jeju City who provides a car rental service, and it doesn't mean you have to stay in the motel itself.

So many minbaks.....I stayed in a small place in Hallim on the west coast, nice memories of waves crashing on the shore but also a stronger memory of a mosquito tormenting me all night.

Just walk up to tourist center and phone to several rental shops.

Jeju-do givess quiet good services to forigners.

You won't get rip off.

Thanks everyone and I am just back from Jeju now. I used Avis at the airport counter as other other rental companies had no English speaking staff. A Hyundai Adventa (sp?) is about 66K a day with GPS and full insurance.
Yes minbaks and pensions are everywhere. Every place I stayed was spotless clean regardless of the price.
