dose any one fly to US via incheon recently?

I gotta stopover in incheon for 11hrs on my way to san francisco (from HK)
I wanna buy some cosmetic and skin cares in the airport (restricted area) while transits.
but Im not sure whether i can bring those on broad. does anyone know about the liquid restriction?
I travelled with cathy pacific from HK before at that time I wasnt allowed to bring any liquid onbroad. but when i was travelling from NZ I bought heaps dutyfree skin care products (in restricted area after customs check) and I was allowed to take them on broad to US.
so..anyone has that experience...? also dose any1 know that if i buy something while transist can I check them in in somewhere rather than hand carry them?
thanks!

If you can get them past security on the Incheon side, then you shouldn't have any issues once you get to SFO.

Generally speaking there's no problem taking anything on board that was bought in the duty-free shops after clearing security, but you may want to ask at the airline's transfer desk to double check - you've got plenty of time!
