Can anyone suggest a good guidebook for S Korea, so far as getting to and from park and stuff, and general information on tourist sites and cool places to visit?

I use an old LP but it's really lacking in detail; too many anecdotes and history which are nice to read but not really that useful.
I met an LP author on the road and told of my concerns, maybe the new one is better but I doubt it.
Tourist information kiosks near bus stations try to help, but many can't speak English. They do their best to be helpful but it's frustrating.
Try the link mentioned above, but again, it lacks specific information in how to get to those places.
