Anyone know the cost and conditions of this Pass ? I have tried to google but cannot find it in English.
I intend to arrive Busan by ferry and stay in South Korea for 3 weeks or more.

Korail no longer sells the tickets. A travel agency called "Oh My Hotel" does.

A Japan-Korea through-ticket and a KR Pass are two different things.
It's either a through-ticket under which you get large discounts on one-way train tickets of both sides plus one-way ferry ticket also at a discount, or you purchase a ferry ticket on your own and separately purchase a KR Pass.
You could, of course, buy both and use your through-ticket from Busan to your first destination in Korea, and then start using your KR Pass for the rest of your journey. But 'ferry + KR Pass' is simply not a package being offered by the operators. You can't find any information because the combination you want is not on sale.
