Are there any budget airlines flying out of South Korea apart from CebuPacific?

Any going to Thailand/Malaysia/SingaporeVietnam?

I don't want to go to China, Hong Kong, or Japan.

You can check sites like whicbudget.com and flybudget.com but I don't think there are any budget flights except the one to Manila.

Jeju Air flies to Bangkok from Incheon, 4 days per week. Tickets are sold over the internet, but Jeju Air website does not have an English version. 14-day return starts from KRW 263000, and they don't sell one-way tickets.
At the moment, they're also advertising Busan-Phuket charter flights until Christmas, but this is a promotional package of 5-day journey organised through a travel agency. Starting from KRW 300000, with 60000 Won incremental in every 3 weeks until Dec. 21 (the end of charter period)

Jin Air (subsidiary of Korean Air; www.jinair.com) will begin daily services to Bangkok from December 21. 15-day return will be KRW 320000 (or USD 313), 1-year return will be KRW 450000 (or USD 424).

Thanks to the above.

There's also Busan to Cebu with CebuPacific but I was looking for other options.

Thanks for the above, I've been having a difficult time finding budget airlines that fly to/from SK.

Jin Air is flying to Bangkok now and they just put up an English version of their website. Some of the tickets are really dirt cheap, but they go really fast.

Does anyone know of cheap flights from Seoul to destinations in Japan?

I'd appreciate any help you can give. Thanks!

There are many destinations in Japan, at different levels of competition/availability. For example, the aforementioned Jeju Air also flies to Osaka and Kitakyushu at very competitive fares, but you don't get to see such a generous offer for Tokyo.

But then there's a website in Korea, namely www.072.com which deals last-minute tickets with attractive reductions, although your schedule need to be compatible with the offer and you should have working knowledge (or at least some support) of Korean language to grab a bargain.
