I suppose this could be about the DPRK too, in any case...

Are the conference rooms at Panmunjom JSA open again? Where might I find this information?
I hear they have been closed since April-ish 2013, and as at September they were still closed.

But right now the huts are being used for actual North South conferences about the family reunions so I don't know.
