using banks outside UB

I'm going to be in Khovsgol province for about a year. I'm trying to figure out how to set up banking. Does anyone have any experience with the Mongolian banking system outside UB?

The two banks I was looking at are the Khan Bank and the Trade and Development Bank, but neither seems to have branches in Khovsgol. Anyone been to Moron or Khatgal or the Taiga region and seen which banks they have up there?

I think I answered my own question. I called the PeaceCorps. They use Khan Bank, which, they say, has branch banks in "every soum." So if they use it, it must be at least somewhat reliable. If anyone has any different information, post it, please.

Purely from passing through last autumn, I seem to remember seeing a Khan Bank branch in tiny soums / villages in the Gobi, which I guess were maybe open once or twice a week. If they have braches there, I can't belive they don't have services in Moron or Khtagal.
