there is in the north-east of UB an erea where they sell lots of cars. over there are also some little shops where they sell motorbikes. I did it 2 weeks ago so i know its possible to buy a bike and sell it back. I met a guy at zigzag docter car (near naran tuul black market) who speaks english and send me to the big car market in the north-east. good luck
