I'm in Russia at the moment on the way to the "stans" from Omsk the next country I'll get to is Mongolia and I don't have the LP for it.
I need to know where I can get it, new or second hand, with out it I'll get stuck. I know it's possible to get an ebook from the site but I want a standart copy.

Try the bookshop at the Omsk state university (Омский Государственный Университет).
At the border town of Tashanta you might meet travelers that have just left the country and will be happy to sell their LP book.
Once you get to Olgii, try again with tourists on their way out.
Notice that the latest version of LP has a photo of 2 camel riders on the book cover
