I visited Mongolia in July and August and stayed at the Mongolian Steppes GH in UB. My stay was in the smaller of two Gh's that Eiggy owns--3 bedrooms and a shared bathroom and kit hen. I really enjoyed my stay there. they clean the common areas every day and I felt safe ther as a woman traveling alone. It is centrally located next to the UB Dept store and walking distance to State Dept. store. The owner, Eiggy speakea English very well and is very helpful. She has free wireless Internet, which I really appreciated. Laundry service is also available.
