Discover Mongolia Tour Company

I believe Discover Mongolia Tour Company was average. It was unfortunate that they forgot to pick us up at the airport when we arrived. It was close to midnight and they were closing the airport so it really was bad. We were able to get a ride to the hotel. Discover Mongolia said they would reimburse me, but they didn’t. They also did not follow the confirmed Itinerary. That wasn’t a big deal, just a bit of a surprise.
The itinerary was great, we did get to see a lot of the country and they did an excellent job at the Nannam festival. We had outstanding guides. The Gers camps we stayed at were really nice. The food was typical of the Gers (everyone gets the same). Their information on what to expect was really limited and missed some significant items.
