ATM
There are a few hundred ATM's in Ulaanbaatar.
Mastercard and Visa are widely accepted, a few more cards are accepted in the main locations.
Some ATM's are open 24h, some are within banks and stores.
Tellers in banks will also serve you.
Look for bank signs like Khan, Golomt, Trade and Development.
There are many ATM's around the center at Sukhbaatar Sq. and along Peace road.

Internet
All along Peace road there are several good Internet cafe's. There is one in the central post office building. All hotels and most guest houses have Internet access. If you bring along a device that will accept any SIM card you can purchase a pre-paid Internet SIM card.
Ulaanbaatar is becoming a center for international businessman due to the wide exploration and development of mineral mines in Mongolia. So Internet and ATM's are widely available these days.
