Any comments on Khabu Hotel in UB?

While in my search fro a classy hotel to stay in after volunteering on a archaeological dig in Khovd Altai with the Mongol-American Khovd Archaeology Project in June, somebody suggested this place: Khabu Hotel. The adress is Khoroo No.1, Zamchdiin 48А Bayangol district Ulaanbaatar, Tel. 976-21-258888. The Website is www.hotel.khabu.mn. Has anybody stayed there and can you comment about the service and cost?

I have not heard about this hotel before. I guess, its not in a good location, but seems pretty close to the train station.
