emails sent to the address on their website gets returned as "not known" does anyone by chance have the correct address? I would like to attend the Gongoriin Bombani Hural (prayer ceremony) on August 9-11

I am thinking of going there in May, a few weeks from now. I also tried to email them and got the same response. Perhaps you can ask the people at Ger to Ger. They send people to the Monastery for extended stays.
