Anyone have any experience with Vegetarian Friendly Cooking lessons in Kyoto? My husband is vegetarian (no meat, no fish/seafood, Egg is OK) however my son and I both eat some types of meat/ all seafood (no beef, no pork). So we are looking for a cooking class that can accommodate both.

Japanese food is rather non-vegetarian (meat+fish/seafood). As you are presumably looking for a Japanese food cooking class (and not some kind of international vegetarian), I would guess that your chances for finding a fully vegetarian class are rather slim.
