Sasebo - cheap places to stay

hi,

Im trying to find cheap accomodation to stay in Sasebo for a night or two before heading off to nagasaki. Anyone know of any cheap places to stay?
Ill also be island hoping to kujuku islands and was hoping someone can also tell me if there is a cheap place to stay there as well....
