Hi, I Have one night only in Osaka - I will come in around midday on saturday 28th april, and have to fly out from Kansai airport sunday evening. I want to see osaka castle and the other attractions I can in that time - and am not sure what is the most central place to stay? I heard that Tokoyo Inn chain is good (normally I stay in hostels, but i cannot find a good one). THere are 4 T=Inns I am looking at, and have NO idea how to choose which is the best location, they are:

Cheers.

I'd take the third one from the top (00054). Nanba is central, and you will have easy access to just about anything from there due to all those train lines converging. There are a lot of good cheap eats in the area, too (then again, Osaka anywhere is full of cheap eats).

I remember staying at the "Shin-Osaka Youth Hostel" which was just a few blocks from Shin-Osaka train station. Very nice new hostel on 10th floor of modern building. Of course, Shin-Osaka is not downtown but has good connections for everywhere.
