Can someone please recommend a safe and cheap place (triple room) to stay in toyko for TWO WEEKS?
My younger siblings have never travelled so they REFUSE to stay in a hostels room with strangers :) And sharing bathrooms is also a NO GO for them.
The accomodation also needs to be free of "party crowds" as youngest sibling is only 14.
I've done some research and the cheapest I could find is £36 per night for the 3 of us. Is there anything cheaper than that as I am paying for everything?

36 GBP = 9000 yen. For 3 people? In Toykyo? With no shared shower? I'd say jump on that - it's ridiculously cheap. I was going to suggest K's House's Family Ensuite Room (with private bath) but that's 11,800 yen for 3. I don't think you can do any better than what you've found.
