#9 incorrect. This is nothing new. It has been the policy of the FC to close on Mondays for a number of years now. It stays open on Mondays during major public holidays like National Day, and during the July/August school holiday season.
IMO, the average visitor will find 3-4 hours inside the FC as enough. Particularly on a freezing December day. The advantage being that there won't be many visitors and you can get around more quickly than usual.
