no - it's more of a "people in the street" advertisements, women at an early beauty salon type thing.

oddly enough, my work laptop can get to blocked sites - but my home laptop can't. and before you say "it's the connection" - even when i bring my laptop home and use my home CMCC ADSL line, my work laptop can still get to typepad, blogger, cnn, wiki etc. without difficulties.
