Since the new south railway station for high speed trains ist quite new, there is not so much information available, how to move from the airport to the train station both efficient and not to expensive (then I could take a taxi without asking). I assume, that it is the best, to try to catch the subway line Nr. 1. Unfortunately line nr. 6 doesn't connect with line Nr. 1 already. So would it be best, to take a shuttle bus to Kunming railway station and change to subway line nr. 1 or would there be better place to change onto line nr.1? How much time do you think, this would be, is it closer to 2 hours all together or to 3 hours? Would you recommend to buy a ticket in advance for a G-Train from Kunming to Anshun or should there always be tickets available?
Do you have bags, are you connecting from an international flight, what is your budget?
Taxi might be the best.
Kunming line 3 will connect line 6 to line 1. It was supposed to open in 2015, then early 2016, then late 2016, then early 2017, then first half of 2017, then June 2017, now September 2017. In September who knows what they will say, but anyone who says China is always on time with their construction projects should take note.
Line 6 to the south bus station and then a taxi to line 1(Kunming Main Railway Station) would be cheaper than a taxi all the way and less harrowing than subway followed by local bus, followed by subway. 2 hours should do it BUT that is after you clear immigration and customs with your bags if flying international, which could take over an hour.
There are also express buses from the airport to various locations in Kunming. The most frequent bus goes to Kunming Main train station, which is on line 1. That would probably be my best bet. 2 hours against although less uncertainty.
As for Anshun:
There are currently only 7 trains from Kunming South to Anshun. One at 10:30 AM, One at 8PM, and five between 1pm and 4:30pm. So depending on what time you arrive, you might be out of luck.
Kunming Main Station has many more trains that go to Anshun, more evenly spaced over the day.

there's an express bus from the airport to the new south train station:
919K http://bus.mapbar.com/kunming/xianlu/919luKxian/

The new 919K bus is probable the easiest solution.
The trip takes 60 to 90 minutes depending on time of day. Bus runs from 7:00 in the morning until 8:00 pm at night. Trip costs 13 Yuan.

Thanks, that's some really useful information. Probably I will try bus 919k. The map shows, that this is the bus, which connects airport and the new south train station. By the way, I arrive on a domestic flight. I found some information about busses, but no one said, that there is a direct bus till to the south train station. I remember when I once went by local bus from the city to the bus station for Yuanyang and once for the bus station to Qiubei. It always have been very very long rides, about 2 hours.
Concerning the train. I could book a ticket via ctrip in advance, but since G-trains are much more expensive than the normal trains, I assume, that they shouldn't be sold out.
http://www.chinatrainguide.com/stntostn.php shows, that there should be G-trains every half an hour. Could this be true or is this an error? They always show 0 tickets available, but I guess, right now it's not possible, to book for September already. Trains in August show available tickets, sometimes in huge numbers (2nd class seat, which is what I want).

You assumption that G train are much more expensive and won't see lout is wrong. G trains on all routes sell out all the time. not so expensive for many Chinese and often cheaper than the alternative.
Train tickets for September are not available yet.
