I heared Seman hotel is poor and dirty, Norbexi hotel was closed. can any one recommend a clean and cheap hotel in Kashgar?

Also highly recommend the Chinibagh over the Seman. Much better value, atmosphere (less touristy), and location.

I stay at the Post hotel, find it very good. Single is 120 Y and is really neat, clean and comfortable and has and internet access in the room free of charge (if you have a laptop).

I recommend orda Hotel near the Idgar Moske .city center and no too expensive .

Chini Bagh is rather expensive though if you're looking for private rooms. We just checked today and the cheapest rooms (dorms were sold out) were 140 RMB. :( We walked about 10 mins east of the hotel and found a nondescript Chinese hotel room for half the price.
