Back to the Op & his itinerary - Suggest you visit Ngong Ping on Friday afternoon. I haven't done the 360 -no head for heights - but I believe the queues are terrible in the weekends. Definitely recommend continuing on from the Buddha to Tai-O - check the departure time of the bus as soon as you arrive at the Buddha. They only go once an hour.
