I'm currently in Dunhuang and due to head into Xinjiang for about 10 days or so from the 22nd, heading towards Kashgar. I was wondering if anyone was around and might be interested in sharing some transport costs, as I'm travelling solo and it is starting to get very expensive!

Try the travel companion forum. In Xinjiang though, travelers are farily few. Best bet is to check hostels
