I believe CRE has offices near train stations, but not at the airport. You will likely need to lug your luggage into town on your own.

From the look of things on Baidu, I see CRE offices very near Beijing Main and Beijing West Stations. Beijing west is much larger station. Beijing South is where the high speed services arrive and depart, it is difficult to navigate around. There is a CRE but it looks to be quite some distance from the south station. Baidu gives both terrible reviews.

At least one courier company has drop-off facility right in the PEK terminals. But don’t know if they accept bulky package there or their freight rates.
