I'm now on Hong Kong and my flight back to home is tomorrow at 8AM from Guangzhou. I will take evening train to Guangzhou today and stay my my night in Guangzhou. But I have no idea where to stay, can you please advise me? I don't care the quality, just need cheap prize with bed without bedbugs or etc.
Or should I sleep in Guangzhou international airport?

There is no cheap accomodation near GZ airport.since you flight is 8AM,it is not a problem to stay in town and take airport shuttle bus which start from 5:30 AM and take about 40mins cost from 16-22 RMB depends with route you take.
Try youth hostel near Guangzhou Railway Station,the airport shuttle starts near the hostel.

Stay near Guangzhou East train station, which's where you land from the Hong Kong -- Guangzhou train and which's also near Tianhe Dasha, one of the departure points for airport shuttle buses.

I have slept in the Guangzhou airport for early morning flights. It was quite convenient. The lights are turned out around midnight and I curled up in a VIP lounge. The floor was carpeted and it wasn't too bad. Much better than leaving the airport at 11pm and then having to return at 6am.

I've stayed at a quite decent place a couple times for early morning flights: Guangzhou Far East Hotel (or maybe it's "Good" East Hotel).
-- just outside the airport grounds.

-- 180 RMB for a standard hotel room with queen bed, AC, TV, etc etc
