Supposedly you can make reservations for the Glass Bridge on the official website with ID but I don't know what that website address is and I don't know if foreigners/foreign ID will work. If you are using a guide in ZJJ, he/she can deal with getting a ticket. Before you commit, you might want to read various reviews to see if it's worth the time, effort, and cash. Expect to have to queue even with a ticket, unless you are traveling in low season.
