Hi all,

I'm in Rishikesh for three days next and would like to know if there are any places where I could turn up on spec and join a Yoga class. almost all places that i've been looking at offer courses for fixed periods , 7 days to a month. As I'm there for just 3 days, it would be great to know of any well known centres that offer daily yoga courses.

I am having problems booking tickets on Kingfisher airlines because they won't except my credit card. I have a US issued card and I have heard you can only use Indian credit cards. Has any one ever dealt with this and if so how did you deal with it. Thanks

Is it possible to find Urdu lessons in India - either with an institute or an individual?

As our flight lands at 10:30 pm in Colombo, we have no choice but to travel at night
by road or train to Mirissa

Any information on the following would be great!

- Are there trains to Mirissa at night? Any idea where one can get hold of a time table?
- If we do the journey by taxi from Colombo to Mirissa any idea what it would cost?
- Most important – does anyone know of a good reliable driver we can book in advance?

As this is a last minute trip.. any ideas/ suggestions would be welcome!

I have a 3 days business trip at Bangalore from Mon (26th) - Wed (28th). This is my first time going to India and I am hoping to see as much as I can. Therefore, I am thinking taking the next few days to do the following trip:

Wed night : Overnight train to Hampi
Thursday: Hampi
Friday: Hampi
Saturday: Hampi
Saturday: Somehow get myself to Delhi
Sunday: Delhi - > Agra - > Delhi
Monday: Delhi -> Hong Kong

Two of my best buddies live in Delhi and I am going to visit them for a month in April/May. They will have to work during the day so i am looking for interesting fun things I can do during the day. I am going to be with my boyfriend but we can do things seperately.

Also any suggestions for interesting places we should visit, day trips to longer trips. Your help is much appreciated. Cheers.
