I'm visiting Jaipur in a few days from now. I've heard about Jaipur being the capital for food lovers. Please suggest some good places to have great food in Jaipur.

My wife and I will be exiting Nepal at the end of Feb 2019. Looking to cross overland into India for approximately one month. We don't handle the heat well. Looking for suggestions of an area where we could focus our time.

An elder woman just became US citizen and got US passport but now she has to go to India on emergency basis ...I know she can get evisa but she would rather have regular visa instead of wasting time and money on evisa ...she has not yet given up her Indian citizenship yet ..so still have valid Indian passport..can she use this passport to travel India and reside there without any restriction and can come back to USA anytime she wants? Please note she also has US passport now.

I would be REALY REALY thankfull to hear anything from any tourist wich is at shri lanka at the moment. We suppose to travel in 50 days, 2 adults and 2 children...also cant get refunf from airlain company...

Granted that the online visa system is brand new and still with sizable snags, but, has anyone already tried it for an extension? One of the tabs does say "extension". I'm curious to know if it circumvents the usual hassles or creates new ones.

This post is more a request for a service (or any advice on how to handle this situation).

I have lost my phone in the taxi going to Kathmandu airport, when traveling back to Tokyo (where I live).
I have reported it and kept contact with people at the airport, and they told me the next day that phone has been found (the cab was found thanks to the CCTV footage !).

I enquired about this topic a few months ago. Just booked train tickets on the IRCTC website again and only received by email a booking confirmation, not an Electronic Reservation Slip (ERS) as in the past. After completing the booking, it tells you to take a photo of the ERS, but there isn’t one. I can’t access the ERS in my “Booked Ticket History” either. I asked care@irctc why this and they only promptly email the ERS, but don’t respond to my question. Do other people have the same problem…

I plan to arrive in Manali around 20 July 2019. I hope to travel independently by hire motorbike and bus and stay in small towns, hopefully getting to Ladakh and around the Spiti loop. We purchased airline tickets to Sri Lanka prior to the Easter attacks for our family of four. At the moment Singapore Airlines is not allowing us to make any changes to our flights, so I’m looking into alternatives as a backup in case the situation doesn’t improve.
