You can walk to the train station near the airport and catch one of those trains there, around 35 mins after the times from Dhaka station you mentioned. Good luck.

It is dificult to get instant ticke of Chittagong. If u r lucky enough, then try.

Other hand, as u are arriving at 5 p.m, please think to take the night Train (Turna Express) at 11.30 p.m
