Sri Lanka-Panadura

Hi,
Need a quick advise on best way to reach Panadura from Bandarnaike Airport.
Its quiet a drive and if i am not wrong taking a taxi from airport will be tad bit expensive as well, however i understand the island is well connected by Rail. So can someone please throw in your experience on this topic.

There are trains in Sri Lanka & it is welconnected too, but unfortunately not from the airport. Please get in to the Colombo highways buses from airport & you will reach the colombo fort railway statin as your final destination. From here, take the train to Panadura. This is the cheapest & easiest by public transportation to reach Panadura. Cheers 7 happy travels.

if you use a taxi ( not tuk tuk ) they will charge you 50$ , if you use the train take the exit in fort find the katunayaka train
