Real Willy Wonka's final residence in Kandy?

Hello I have it on good confidence by another apostle of the great author (Roald Dahl)that the eccentric confectioner whom he based seminal character Willy Wonka, A.H.M. Bumblestead ,retired and spent his final years in a manor outside Kandy (a brilliant retirement locale for an eccentric confectioner!). This fella claims to have found it, and although its not a museum as such you can get a tour of the manor of properly arranged
Just wondering if anyone has heard of any tour company who might facilitate such a niche attraction? I feel I should make such arrangements before heading over.to Sri Lanka as it is the prime intent for my trip.
