| bushwhacker23:01 UTC14 Sep 2007 | Hi
I am travelling to Nepal for a month from late September to late October. I am planning to do some light treking (no more than 5 days at a time) and general travelling around though I have no itinary as yet (planning to work it out when I arrive).
Firstly, are malaria tablets necessary?
Secondly, what items are essential for me to bring with? ( ie. will i need things like a sleeping bag and a coat?)
Any advice will be gratefully received.
Thanks

With what to bring -=- I would say just bring what you have, you can either buy or hire the rest in Kathmandu or Pokhara at very reasonable costs once you are there For general advice, maybe brows the tips section at the bottom of My Nepal Pages Then if you need questions answered please feel free to email me I hope that helps a little Happy Travels Rob
