We've been to India numerous times and have recently read snippets of the Visa on Arrival (VOA) for 40 countries, but can't seem to find "the list".

Does anyone know which countries and when this is supposed to happen?

We're Australians.

Thanks

Don't hold your breath on the aditional countries, and it's really not a great deal anyway..

Not hard to find the list of current countries, Australia not being on said list. Let's just go to Germany...

Australia is on the list, according to one newspaper:

Start holding your breath in late summer for the holiday season next year.

And again, a 1-month single-entry visa with required entry point might fit some travelers' requirement, but not the majority that hang out here.

It certainly is a poor deal.

Whats the deal now for getting Indian visas outside your home country, say Germany?

devilish word that ‘soon’

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
“Indian visas outside your home country”
variables to consider
more hoops - costs more - takes longer - may get 3 months / not 6 months
