Hot air ballooning!

Hello, we are hoping to do hot air ballooning whilst we are in Sri Lanka, but I am finding it hard to book anywhere before we go.

Does anyone know if it is possible to book before you go and if so how much I should be paying? Is the ballooning from Kandy or sigiriya.
