Good sports bar in Colombo

Hi folks.

Can anyone recommend a good sports bar in Colombo (ideally with a big screen) to watch the English football in December of this year ? I will be there for 8 days mid December.

Any useful information would be very much appreciated.

Hi Philip,

You should go to Cheers Pub at Cinnamon Grand, Colombo. It has two large screens, a good variety of pub grub and beer. Get's quite packed on game days and the atmosphere is good. Ideal for watching some good football. It is THE most popular pub in town for sports.
