Driver hire

I woukd like to hire a driver for the day from Kalutara to the Millenium Elephant Foundation. Can anybody recommend please

Your hotel can arrange a driver. This way you will have some sort of comeback.

If you want to see if you can get cheaper then you can try negotiating one on the street. Just go to a tourist area and there should be a few waiting around.
